How it works
From a trusted number
to a closed action.
Connect your data, agree the logic, and give every action an owner. Human approval sits where the decision requires it.
What sits under every screen
From your ERP to a decision, without a spreadsheet in between.
The screens are the visible part. The value is in the four steps underneath, which run on their own several times a day.
Connect
Your ERP's report exports, bank statements and planning sheets are pulled automatically — no one emails a file.

New drops are checked against what's already loaded, reconciled, and staged for sign-off where the numbers need a human eye. Any load can be reverted.

From showing to doing
Dashboards describe the problem. Agents chase it.
Each agent watches one thing that matters, and hands it to the person who owns it — with the working attached.
The three rules behind them — routed to an owner, quiet until it matters, audited by default — are on the home page. What follows is the full morning: every alert raised for one demo company, and who each one went to.

How we work with you
Consulting judgment up front. Product engineering behind it.
We start with the decision, not the dashboard — and we stay after launch.
Scope
Find the decision that matters and the smallest system that moves it — including whether you need a custom build at all.
Build
Product-grade software on your real data from the first week, not a prototype on sample files.
Deploy
Running in your cloud and your workflow, owned by you, with your team's roles and permissions.
Operate
Monitoring, data refresh and new desks or agents as the questions change.
Questions we get asked
The things a board, an auditor and an IT head ask first.
Does StakeInsights replace our BI or dashboard tool?
No. A dashboard shows you a number; our decision systems compute the number from your ERP data, show the working behind it, and run agents that route the problem to whoever owns it. Existing BI can stay where it is useful.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
In a private database with no public internet endpoint, encrypted at rest, with role-based access, credentials that rotate automatically and a full audit trail. It runs in your own cloud account and the system is owned by you.
Can the AI invent or mis-state a number?
No. Deterministic, tested code computes every figure. The AI reads the result, explains what changed and flags what needs a decision — it never does the arithmetic, and a written read may only quote figures already computed and on screen.
What do the agents actually do?
Each agent watches one thing that matters — small-supplier dues past the statutory limit, a region behind on collections, an ERP file that has not arrived — and hands it to a named owner with the working attached. Alerts close when the underlying number is fixed, and who raised, acknowledged and resolved each one is recorded.
Which systems do you connect to?
The report exports your ERP already produces, bank statements, HR and payroll systems, and, for engineering firms, client packages in PDF, spreadsheet, CAD and email form. Files are picked up automatically, checked on arrival and can be reverted.
Who is it for?
Mid-size and listed companies in India and Singapore, and the private equity funds, family offices and lenders behind them. Engagements to date span oil and gas, FMCG, listed equity, and environmental and process engineering.
How do engagements start, and what do they cost?
With one decision, one owner and a scoped build, priced per engagement. Scoping is part of the work: if an off-the-shelf tool would solve it, we say so.
Is the data on this site real?
No. Meridian Lubricants and every figure on the desk pages are fictional demo data. The case files are real engagements, with client names withheld; references are available under NDA. Each screen is labelled live today, prototype, or design ready — specified in detail and custom-built for each client.
